A single vacant office building in Napier’s CBD was converted to a three-tenancy space for two Office Tenants and a Restaurant Tenant.
The consent process was closely managed by TW Property and the project involved close liaison with Heritage NZ and Napier City Council to protect the Heritage aspects of the premises.
