This project consisted of many stages, beginning with the construction of two duplex show homes in Te Awa. The construction of the two architecturally designed new builds paved the way to a larger development consisting of a 67 (3.92ha) lot subdivision now known as Te Awa Fields and sold by our partnering business Tremains.
Achieving a 6-star Homestar Rating, each residence boasts modern kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas for sophistication and comfort. Our painting and masonry team played a pivotal role in delivering the finishing touches and attention to detail, while our plumbing and electrical team scontributed to the project’s high end design providing both functional and stylish bathrooms and kitchens.
The high quality workmanship from our team lead onto completing an additional 8 duplex houses and a series of villas for the development.
